Richard E. Giachetti, Architect
Rich is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Architecture in Tucson, AZ.  He started his private practice in 1980 and has extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial and governmental projects.
 

Executive Summary
The architectural practice of Richard E. Giachetti, Architect was founded in 1980.  Since its inception, it has been enriched by extensive experience through varying architecture and planning projects.  These projects have ranged from small renovations to large commercial developments.

Philosophy
The office philosophy about architecture and design is to provide the client with the professional services he requires.  This includes maintaining project schedules with special considerations for: budget constraints, satisfying user needs, aesthetics, longevity of structure, maintenance, utility cost and construction.

The Architectural Principal, Richard E. Giachetti, personally coordinates and supervises the architectural and engineering staff to provide a well orchestrated team, working in concert.
